To all :With the startup of the boilers Tuesday, we can confidently state that this project is substantially complete. Two years, and four of the most complex RTU crane picks I have ever been associated with, and the replacement of the entire boiler plant as well. A lot of moving parts, deadlines, long hours, weekends, holidays and coordination of trades took place, all in a fully occupied building. I want to thank the team we have had since the beginning, Rob, and all the guys at Interstate for electrical and fire alarm, Ken and his crew at JCI for the building controls integration, Jason and everybody at PSI for the plumbing, Greg, Steve, Marty and all of the operators and riggers at Lamb and Astro, Tom and Gary at AHA, and Bill and Mike at Commonwealth roofing for all of their work keeping everything weather tight Speaking of the weather, we should remember to thank God himself, for it has to be divine intervention to have twenty guys and a 40,000 pound unit going on the roof scheduled weeks and months in advance and not have to postpone because of rain, wind or lightning. And then to do that three more times. Truly a miracle. And let's not forget to thank the staff at BP, Mike and Steve of course, but Leslie, Tom and Ed and everyone else as well. They were accommodating and efficient and I hope they are aware how much their involvement meant to getting the job done. And finally, not to be immodest, but all of the guys at Tech really deserve an attaboy. Good job guys. And especially Matt, bringing this together was a challenge and although I know that's what we do here, it was still a very impressive job well done. Thank you very much. Over the next couple of weeks we will be finishing remaining items such as pipe labelling, EIFS installation, etc ... Matt and I will be doing a walkthrough next week to confirm, but if anyone is aware of any outstanding items, please let me know right away. AHA is ccd on this email and should consider scheduling a punch list visit at their convenience. Any punchlist items will be coordinated and scheduled immediately, we want to get this 100% before winter. Once again, my sincere appreciation for a job well done goes out to all, I look forward to working with you in the future.
