The guys did a professional job in a reasonable time frame

I arranged to have a job done on short notice. The service manager was very cooperative arranging all of the paperwork and permitting in the short time frame. The technicians arrived on time and ready to perform the required task. The performed their work in neat and workman like manner. They followed all of our company safety policies and left the job cleaner than when they arrived.

As we are approaching the finish line here for the core/shell project, I wanted to take a second to acknowledge that Lee was solid throughout the construction efforts here. With the tight deadline we had, Lee managed to hit every milestone and provide great craftsmanship and a clean work environment. Throughout this project we faced a lot of tough challenges, but I never had to worry about PSI and that all stems from Lee. All in all, the client (BMR) is very happy how the mechanical room came out and a lot of that comes from Lee.

On behalf of Decas Cranberry Products, I want to thank the PSI Team for their responsiveness and support to return us to production. From our call last Tuesday, your Team expedited the fabrication, installation, and insulation in less than a week so we could resume operations, meeting our Customers' requirements in this, our busiest time of the year. Jason Taylor, PSl's President and his team deserve special recognition. Jason developed a better solution, allowing the piping to be fabricated over the weekend. Your pipefitters worked in rain and wind, safely completing the installation and connection in less than a day. We also appreciate your Company's ability to coordinate so effectively with the boiler supplier, crane company, and Decas. It's a good feeling to know we can count on our local companies.

I have to say thanks to the crew that came out. When installing the check valves for the back flow they noticed a valve had a leak which would cause the check valve to fail. They came back to replace the valve and both times checked to make sure the check valves were working. Great team doing Great work. Always look forward to projects with them.
