We are looking for a licensed Refrigeration Technician to grow into managing our Refrigeration Division who possesses 5+ years’ hands-on experience in commercial and industrial HVAC/R, with a specialization in large equipment such as chillers, boilers and VRFs.

Job Requirements:

• Responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC/R Systems, equipment repair, and field service.
  • Oversees the daily operations of the HVAC/R service division.
  • Ensure timely and efficient servicing, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC/R systems.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide guidance to service technicians.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of HVAC/R technicians.
  • Foster a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous learning.
  • Provide updates on jobs/materials to customers and/or project managers.
  • Approve daily charge slips & employee timecards.
  • Ability to field after-hours calls if required.

   

  Desired Qualities

  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and dependable.
  • Strong Leadership and Communication Skills.
  • Five years HVAC/R Management related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Exhibit an in-depth knowledge and understanding of HVAC/R systems.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and train on manuals, schematics and control circuits related to HVAC/R systems.
  • Show patience, positivity, and empathy to your staff and customers.
  • Valid driver’s license and a good M.V.R.
  • Ability to remain calm during high stress situations.
  • Good computer skills: knowledge of and proficiency in common office applications.
  • Clean neat and professional appearance.
